RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The purpose of ELEVENTY WORLD Srl ("the Seller") is to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with the order, he can exercise the right of withdrawal, without penalty, within 14 days from the day he received the products purchased on https://www.eleventymilano.it The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer communicated the decision to withdraw from the contract to the Seller.
The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by the Seller (GLS for Italy), or through another shipper. The Customer can communicate his intention to withdraw by filling in the Return Form * (compliant with the standard form pursuant to art.49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) available online in the Personal Profile: the Seller will send the Customer confirmation by email of receipt of the request for withdrawal, assigning each item a return code.
The Customer may also draw up and send to the Seller another explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice, in this second hypothesis, that the Customer will be responsible for proving the correct and timely exercise of the communication of wanting to withdraw.
It is not possible to change the chosen garment for another.

CONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
- the Return Form (sent directly online through https://www.eleventymilano.it, in the Personal Profile) or other explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly completed and sent to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products;
- the products must not have been used, worn, washed;
- the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable guarantee seal which forms an integral part of the goods;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging, equipped with any bags, hangers and what is supplied;
- returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days from when you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract to the Seller;
- the products must not be damaged.
If all the required conditions are respected, the Seller will fully refund to the Customer the price of the products purchased, only the costs of the return being borne by him, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller, unless the Seller has expressly exempted the Customer bears these costs at the time of purchase and on the further condition that the Customer uses the forwarding agent indicated on the Return Form. If the Customer decides to use the courier chosen by the Seller for the shipment of the purchased products (GLS), he will not, however, have to pay the return costs in person. In fact, the Seller will pay the GLS courier on his behalf, withholding the sum of 8 Euros from the refund. This option is valid only for Italy..
If instead the customer decides to use a different forwarder (mandatory option for all non-Italy countries), you will have to pay the return costs yourself.
The customer will be contacted if his return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in the previous paragraph. In this case, the customer can choose to have the products purchased at his expense. In the event that the Customer refuses this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products. You will also be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose whether to accept the reduction of the refund, which will be communicated, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or whether to get back the products purchased at your expense. If the customer refuses this shipment, the seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount indicated for the reduction of the refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.
TIMES AND METHODS OF REFUND
After the Seller has received the return and checked that all the requirements have been respected, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, or, if the existence of a decrease in value of the returned products is found, he will receive a e-mail in which the amount deducted by way of reduction of the refund will be communicated. Whatever the payment method used (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer), the refund is activated by the Seller in the shortest possible time, and in any case within five (5) working days from the receipt of the goods returned to our warehouses, once verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the above conditions.
The actual time for crediting or returning the amounts paid for the purchase of products depends on the payment methods used:
- Purchase by credit / debit card: the repayment time depends on the credit / debit card management company, but normally takes place within two bank statements. The value date of the chargeback is the same as the debit, therefore the Customer will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
- Purchase through PayPal: the refund will be made to the PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund on the credit card from the PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
- Purchase by bank transfer: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by the Customer, therefore the repayment time depends on the correctness of the data entered; re-credit normally takes place within fourteen (14) days.
PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION CARD
All products offered for sale by the Seller are provided with a disposable guarantee seal, which forms an integral part of the goods. The customer is invited to try the product without removing the relevant seal because the returned products that do not have one will not be accepted.
RETURN / SHIPMENT OF RETURN
The following procedure is valid only for returns in Italy.
Returns can be sent via the GLS courier indicated by the Seller, following the instructions for the reservation of the freight collect which will be sent by e-mail to the Customer, following the request made by the Personal Profile. This method will allow the Seller to pay the shipment on behalf of the Customer and to check where the package is located at any time. The customer can contact GLS (or visit their website: http://www.gls-italy.com/) to organize pickup in "freight collect" according to the instructions that will be sent to him by e-mail after the communication of withdrawal. The cost of the service is 8 Euros and will be deducted from the final value of the refund due to the customer.
If the Customer decides to use, for the return of the products, a forwarder other than that indicated by the Seller, he will have to pay the costs of the return in person and will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transport.
The following procedure is valid for Extra Italia returns
The shipment of returns from countries outside Italy is totally charged to the customer. The Seller suggests to the Customer to insure the goods: the package containing the return is under the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller is not responsible in case of loss, claims or delays of the return shipment by the customer.
For returns from countries outside the European Union, the customer is invited to use FedEx to facilitate the request for free reintroduction of the goods. Any customs clearance costs will be deducted from the final refund value.
