The Customer can track the shipment of his order through the delivery code that the Seller will provide via e-mail. The same will also be available in the Personal Profile.
Undelivered orders will be sent back to our office.
As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Starting from shipment, delivery times require:
1-2 working days in Italy (+1 day for Sicily, Sardinia and islands)
4-5 working days in the European Union
8-10 working days in non-EU countries.
Shipments to Russia may experience delays in delivery due to extensions of customs procedures which cannot be calculated in advance and are not attributable to the Seller or the shipping service.
During the sales period, orders are processed in chronological order of receipt, so shipments can be up to 4 days later than stated above.
The Seller insures shipments against theft and accidental damage. When the shipment is delivered, the insurance loses its validity.
By signing on delivery the responsibility for the goods passes to the Customer. The person who signs, in fact, confirms the delivery receipt of the package and is responsible for the package itself.
The customer is asked to inspect the package upon delivery, before affixing the signature as proof of receipt. If the package appears tampered with, the Customer can refuse the delivery or sign with reserve, communicating the event to Eleventy Customer Service (email@example.com). Shipments not delivered to the Customer are sent to the Seller by return to the sender: the Seller reserves the right to charge the return costs to the Customer.
As required by international commercial regulations, the Seller sends orders with a commercial invoice which declares the exact value in Euro of the items shipped.
It is illegal to declare amounts lower than the current ones or to request that the items be declared as gifts. For each invoice, the Seller attaches a receipt.
For items on sale, the relative invoice and receipt show the discounted amounts.
For customers residing outside the European Union, the total of the final invoice / receipt is calculated by subtracting the Value Added Tax. The invoice shows the cost of shipping.
SHIPMENTS IN ITALY
Shipments to Italy are made by GLS courier, at the discretion of the Seller.
Shipping costs in Italy amount to 8 Euros. .
Delivery times include only working days and do not include holidays.
The Seller sends the orders correctly received within one (1) working day from the receipt of the same.
The courier does not allow delivery to post office boxes and Fermo Posta. The courier delivers exclusively on working days during office hours. It is not possible to book and / or agree on the timetable. The Seller reserves the right to return the goods in case of non-receipt by the Customer.
SHIPMENTS TO OTHER COUNTRIES
You can select the country in which you want to ship directly to the cart during the purchase procedure.
Shipments abroad are made by DHL courier, at the discretion of the Seller.
Shipments to the countries of the Russian Federation are made exclusively by SDA courier.
For shipments to Russia, the average delivery time is 15/20 working days. If the customs detain the parcel for checks, delivery may take a longer time not attributable to the Seller.
